Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your Subscription page. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period – you keep full access until then.

How does the Startup or Enterprise seat count work?

Your base price covers a fixed number of seats (10 for Startup, 50 for Enterprise). Each active org member above that threshold is billed at the per-user overage rate for your plan – $20/user for Startup, $15/user for Enterprise. Paddle adjusts seat quantities automatically each billing cycle.

How does the Pro referral discount work?

Every Pro subscriber gets a unique referral code. For each friend who subscribes to Pro using your code, you earn $5 off your monthly bill. Reach 5 active Pro referrals and your subscription becomes completely free. The discount applies automatically each cycle for as long as each referral stays active.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through Paddle and support all major credit and debit cards. Paddle is the merchant of record, so local taxes are handled automatically.

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan is permanent, requires no credit card, and includes CSV upload, all connectors, the chart builder, AI insights, and QL-Agent within its monthly limits. Upgrade only when you need more scale or team features.
